No one expected that when history entered the year 2000, there would be an unprecedented and lasting "Red Chamber fever" and "Dream of Red Mansions" in China's book market. Unexpectedly, the "fever of continuing books in the red chamber" has also warmed up. All these constitute the unique landscape of China culture today.
As for A Dream of Red Mansions, which is difficult to surpass and obviously incomplete, whether it can be continued, whether it should be continued and how to continue it seems to be an old topic of endless debate.
