Jiangsu Police College is located in the beautiful chrysanthemum terrace outside the Zhonghua Gate in Nanjing. The college has its headquarters and two campuses, Longtan and Pukou. The campus covers an area of 808 mu, with a total construction area of 6.5438+0.55 million square meters. It has relatively complete facilities for teaching, experiment and police physical training. The total value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment is 3 1 10,000 yuan, and seven central laboratories with advanced equipment such as trace inspection, law and chemistry have been built.

The library has more than 590,000 books and more than 300 Chinese and foreign periodicals/kloc-0. At present, there are nearly 6,900 full-time students and 396 full-time teachers, including professors, associate professors 120 and 18 teachers who have been identified as the training targets of "333 Project" and "Blue Project" in Jiangsu universities. More than 20 well-known domestic experts and scholars were hired as part-time professors, and 53 excellent teaching practice bases were established in cooperation with public security organs all over the province.

The college has five departments: public security management department, public security management department, investigation department, public security science and technology department and law department. The undergraduate course has six majors, including administrative management, public security management, investigation, criminal science and technology, computer science and technology and law, and nine undergraduate majors, including police management, foreign-related police management, public security and political work, economic crime investigation, anti-terrorist crime, computer security supervision, legal chemistry, social security management and legal secretary.

The college offers five majors: public security management, traffic management, fire management, investigation and safety.
