Linmingguan Town Middle Street East. Yongnian District Library of Handan City was established in August, 1978, and Datang Mingjun Children's Library is located on the east side of Middle Street in Linmingguan Town. The library is divided into book reading room, electronic reading room, children's reading room, newspaper reading room, local literature room, Atai Jichuan culture research room, editorial department, resource processing room and small activity room. The library has 30,000 books, including 4,000 children's reading rooms and 26,000 comprehensive reading rooms. The library has 144 reading seats.
