2. Introduction of teaching materials
As a written carrier of legal affairs, legal documents are paid more and more attention in today's society, especially those related to litigation. Liu Yongan case and Nie Shubin case have attracted people's attention to varying degrees. From these concerns, we feel the importance of making legal documents and the great responsibility of producers. With the emergence of the social value of legal documents, the requirements for the production of legal documents are getting higher and higher, and the format and production norms of legal documents also need to be continuously improved and perfected.
Based on years of teaching experience and related research, this book selects the main legal documents such as public security, procuratorial work, law, prison management, lawyers' practical departments, and systematically introduces them according to the latest format specifications. This book has three characteristics:
First, pay attention to the uniqueness of the theory of making legal documents. As a special instrument, legal documents are only used in legal affairs. No matter in content, form, expression, language style, etc. It has its own characteristics, which is the boundary that distinguishes it from other documents and the first meaning that every producer needs to make clear.
Second, pay attention to the intuitive operation of legal documents. The actual operation of legal documents is very obvious. This book adopts the writing style of combining format with examples, and introduces various documents in an intuitive and eye-catching way, which helps readers to apply what they have learned in a short time.
Third, pay attention to the innovation of the format and examples of legal documents. The format of legal documents is constantly changing. Introducing new formats and examples to readers and conveying the latest information is one of the goals pursued by this book.
In the process of writing this book, I referred to the relevant writings of some experts and scholars, and got the support of my friends in the practice department. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks here.
Although the book has been revised repeatedly, there are still some defects and deficiencies. I urge colleagues and readers to criticize and correct me.
