If you just study for yourself, you don't need to get a card. Up to the second floor, there are two parts, the north is the borrowing room, and you need a card to borrow books. There is a reading room in the south, where you can read books and newspapers for free. Just go in and have a look. There is room for storing bags at the door, or on the table at the entrance inside. You can bring your own books in. If you have time, I suggest going at nine o'clock in the morning. It's not convenient for them to pack up too early. There is an air conditioner and a fan in it. Recently, the air conditioner was turned on, so it is still cold inside. Also, if you look at the magazines inside, take a book board at the entrance to put the books conveniently. Also, there is a water dispenser, and water can be drunk for free. So it's not bad in the end. Don't go too late, or there is no place to sit.
