The library has relatively complete building facilities and a large collection of books. The number of readers is also relatively large. Many people read books all day, so the library has invested some auxiliary daily necessities, such as water dispensers and coffee machines, to facilitate readers to drink water. In addition, the food sales department provides food, and there are microwave ovens for everyone to heat food for free.

Tianfu Humanities and Art Library is located in Tianfu Art Park, which is a veritable library in the park. The roof curve is continuous and smooth. The Maimai Building, adjacent to Chengdu Museum of Contemporary Art, faces Chengdu Tianfu Art Museum across the lake, and draws a most beautiful picture of the park with "Xiling Snow".
