The Regulations on the Protection and Inheritance of Red Resources in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) was reviewed, adopted and implemented at the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The "Regulations" promote the protection and inheritance of red resources by the rule of law, carry forward the great spirit of party building, inherit the red genes, continue the red blood, and promote the normalization of party history study and education.

Guangxi is one of the areas where China's * * * production party carried out revolutionary activities and established local organizations earlier. It has an important position in the revolutionary history of China and is rich in red cultural resources, including archives, cultural relics, martyrs memorial facilities, historical buildings, historical sites and other forms.

The regulations clearly define red resources, mainly including: important former sites, ruins, memorial facilities or places; Important archives, documents, manuscripts, audio-visual materials and objects; Representative literary and artistic works; Other representative resources.

In order to inherit and carry forward the red resources, the regulations clearly stipulate the opening of venues, commemorative activities, literary and artistic creation, school education, tourism development, and cadre education and training. Among them, the former sites, sites, memorial facilities or places listed in the red resource list with clear opening conditions shall be open to the public free of charge or preferential treatment in accordance with relevant state regulations; Encourage units and individuals such as party history museums, archives, museums, local chronicles museums, memorial halls, art galleries, libraries, etc. to open to the public or publish the red resources they own or keep; Encourage and support the creation and dissemination of literary and artistic works with red themes, and increase support through mechanisms such as literary and artistic creation support; Encourage literary and art groups, literary and art workers, and business units of performance venues to carry out activities such as creation, exhibition and projection of literary and artistic works with red themes.

The "Regulations" clearly require that the cultural and tourism departments at or above the county level should guide the development of red tourist attractions, boutique routes, and research travel routes. Strengthen red tourism propaganda, cultivate red tourism brands, improve red tourism services, train professional interpreters, promote the integration of red resources inheritance and cultural tourism, and help rural revitalization. Encourage and support units and individuals to make rational use of red resources, participate in the development of red tourism, and launch tourism projects with red cultural characteristics.
