On 20 14, my psychology class in Jiyuan No.1 Middle School in Henan Province officially entered the course. When I am excited, the first challenge I face is preparing lessons. Due to the complex student structure in our school, in order to design more targeted and effective psychological courses, I led my team members to build and construct the school-based curriculum system of mental health in Jiyuan No.1 Middle School from 20 14, and have achieved certain results so far. In this process, I developed some habits and accumulated some experience.
First, understand the learning situation and design courses
Since 20 14, I have been developing and polishing the school-based curriculum with the progress of a new class every month. In this process, we should pay attention to the learning situation, understand the learning situation in time through questionnaire survey, classroom discovery, individual counseling interviews, communication with parents, etc., and modify and develop the lessons according to the dynamic needs of students. Specially designed "drip record" table, which is left to students after class, gives anonymous free feedback, and I can collect a lot of real voices and creative feedback.
Third, constantly reflect and raise standards.
Not long ago, I sat on the bench again. While enjoying the exhibition of the contestants, I refined some questions, reviewed and sorted out my own path and some thoughts.
I put my self-requirements, ideas, ideas and concerns about psychology class in the following self-questions.
1. What is the theoretical background to support this lesson?
2. What series of topics can the theme of this lesson be divided into?
3. What is the starting point of students on this topic? Their expectations, thoughts and puzzles?

"How to draw a perfect ending for a class and an activity?" This is what I think after every challenge.
From 20 13 to now, I insist on recording the change process of each new lesson. In my opinion, after-class reflection means talking to yourself, talking to yourself and telling yourself. The more you write, the more problems and highlights you can find in class. Problems that were previously ignored are now considered as good reflection materials, and some of them can be reused as new classroom materials by me. This habit of recording forces me to strive for perfection in every class, to become a perfectionist and a patient with cervical spondylosis.
The most words I advise young partners: record and reflect in time after a class, otherwise, over time, nothing will be left, and there will be no progress or even retrogression in the next class.
I once asked myself to take the regular class of 1 at least once a semester. When I looked back at the video, I felt extremely uneasy. I am grateful and feel that the students are very tolerant of me.
20 19 I gave up the way of video recording, recorded my lessons by audio recording, and took the time to organize them into words. In the past, I used to use stupid methods. It would take hours to organize a class by listening to and typing one sentence at a time.
This year, with the help of this software, it still takes 2-4 hours to buy Iflytek's notes and listen to the recording. In the process of listening back and sorting out, I heard something neglected in class, gained a new understanding, and got a clearer understanding of the highlights, failures and regrets in teaching and the direction of review.
Fifth, take the initiative to share and seek collision.
Every time I design a new class, I share it with my colleagues in the office, first Kelly, then Hong Ying, and then Junyi. They are young and beautiful, gentle and delicate, and have a very good ability to lure students to share. What's more irritating is that both of them have excellent memories of scenes. Every time I listen to their stories, I am more excited than them. When I am excited, I will record these materials and contents. I am a fish's memory. I don't want these good materials to be covered by time, and I also want to make up for the shortcomings that didn't appear in class.
I will take the initiative to share my new lessons with my colleagues. I have a dazzling selfishness. In order to help me make suggestions, I'd better dig out more and better classroom generations, and thank them for their willingness to communicate with me.
