2. The farmer's library serves all villagers, and books, newspapers, periodicals and audio-visual products are available for all villagers to borrow free of charge.
3. The publications, bookshelves, tables, chairs and projection equipment of the farmer's library are public property, so please keep them properly.
4. The farmer's library must hang signs outside the house, and post various rules and regulations in a conspicuous position inside the house.
5. The farmer's library is open from 9: 00 am to 5: 00 pm every Monday to Friday, and it is open all day on Saturday and Sunday.
Legal basis: Article 9 of the Organic Law of Villagers' Committees of the People's Republic of China publicizes the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, educates and urges villagers to fulfill their obligations stipulated by law, cares for public property, safeguards their legitimate rights and interests, develops cultural and educational undertakings, popularizes scientific and technological knowledge, promotes gender equality, does a good job in family planning, promotes unity and mutual assistance among villages, and develops various forms of society. Villagers' committees shall support service, public welfare and mutual assistance social organizations to carry out activities according to law and promote the construction of rural communities. In villages where multi-ethnic villagers live, villagers' committees shall educate and guide villagers of all ethnic groups to strengthen unity, respect each other and help each other.
