The strategic goal of an enterprise refers to the long-term result that the enterprise pursues in the process of realizing its mission, and it is the further concretization of the enterprise mission in some most important fields. It reflects the direction of business activities and the level to be reached in a certain period of time, which can be qualitative or quantitative, such as competitive position, performance level and development speed. Different from corporate mission, strategic objectives should have specific quantitative characteristics and time limit, generally 3-5 years or longer.
