Yanbian University, referred to as Yanda for short, is located in Yanji City, the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, which has the reputation of "hometown of education". It was co-founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Jilin Province.
