First, the specific registration method

(1) Registration Notice: I applied for registration for the examination, and after being reviewed and recommended by my unit, I carefully filled out the Registration Form for the 2008 Archives Series Professional and Technical Qualification Examination and the Examination Integrity Agreement (see annex). When registering, you must provide the candidates' valid ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, post appointment certificate, continuing education certificate and other originals, as well as three recent bareheaded one-inch photos, and go through the registration formalities at the registration point within the specified registration time.

Second, the examination time, subjects and answering methods

1. Archives professional and technical qualification examination is divided into two levels: intermediate (archivist) and junior (archivist, assistant librarian and archivist).

2. The examination subjects are based on theoretical knowledge and archival work practice.

3. The exam is closed and answered with a blue or black pen (or ballpoint pen or signature pen).

4. The specific examination schedule is as follows:

June 14, 9: 00 a.m.-11:30 Basic Theoretical Knowledge (middle and primary level)

14: 00- 16: 30 Archives Work Practice (elementary)

Third, the application conditions

(a) according to the "Interim Provisions of Anhui Province Archives Professional and Technical Qualification Examination", the personnel participating in the archives professional and technical qualification examination shall meet the following basic conditions:

1, adhere to the four cardinal principles, love the socialist motherland and abide by the law; Conscientiously implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state on archival work, perform post responsibilities and abide by professional ethics;

2, according to the relevant provisions, to participate in the archives professional continuing education and training, and obtain the corresponding continuing education certificate.

(two) college graduates and technical secondary school graduates must take the qualification examination for archivists. In addition to the above basic conditions, you should also be engaged in archival work after graduation 1 year.

(three) to participate in the qualification examination for archives assistant librarians, in addition to the above basic conditions, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1, engaged in archival professional work after graduation from university 1 year;

2, after graduating from college, engaged in archives professional work for 2 years, or graduated from college as a manager for 1 year;

3, after graduating from technical secondary school, engaged in archival professional work for 4 years, or graduated from technical secondary school as an administrator for 3 years.

(four) to participate in the qualification examination for archivists, in addition to the above basic conditions, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1, get a doctorate;

2. Get a master's degree and have been engaged in archival professional work for 1 year;

3, after graduating from the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class, engaged in archives professional work for 2 years;

4, after graduating from college, engaged in archival professional work for 4 years, or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 3 years;

5, after graduating from college, engaged in archival professional work for 6 years, or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 4 years;

6, after graduating from secondary school, engaged in archives or similar professional work for 15 years, and served as an assistant librarian for 4 years;

7. Those who are engaged in intermediate professional positions other than archives series after evaluation have been engaged in archives professional work for 1 year and passed the business assessment;

8. After review, he has been engaged in non-file assistant professional positions for 4 years, and has been engaged in file professional work for 1 year, and has passed the business assessment, with a college degree or above; After graduating from technical secondary school, in addition to the above conditions, you need to be engaged in professional work for 15 years.
