Article 1 Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the warehouse. Flammable and explosive articles are not allowed to be brought into the warehouse or stacked in or near the warehouse.

Article 2 the lights in the warehouse should be turned off immediately after use, and the circuit should be cut off after work every day, and the inspection should be carried out carefully, and the problems should be handled in time.

Article 3 Pay attention to the opening and closing of the doors and windows of the warehouse at any time, properly keep the file keys, and store them in the safe when you get off work or leave the post, and do not carry them with you or take them out of the warehouse.

Article 4 Fire-fighting equipment shall be inspected regularly to ensure that it is in good condition and complete, and shall be inspected regularly in accordance with fire control regulations. If there is any problem, report it to the safety department of the branch and the superior leader in time and solve it.

Article 5 Clean the warehouse regularly, keep the warehouse and archives clean, and at the same time ventilate at any time according to the change of temperature and humidity in the warehouse, and adjust the temperature and humidity in the warehouse.

Article 6 Monitoring equipment shall be installed in key parts of each floor of the archive warehouse, and it shall be monitored for 24 hours, and the monitoring equipment shall be inspected regularly.

Article 7 Before coming off work every day, the ground of the archives should be inspected, and the security, air conditioning, doors and windows, cabinets, locks and houses should be inspected. Should be checked, found suspicious circumstances should be handled in a timely manner. If it cannot be solved, report to the relevant departments in time and seek assistance.

Article 8 The central archives warehouse shall be equipped with equipment in accordance with the requirements of "eight precautions" such as moisture-proof, mildew-proof, theft-proof, fire-proof, sun-proof, moth-proof, rat-proof and dust-proof, and shall be managed in accordance with the following requirements:

First, moisture-proof and mildew-proof. Archives warehouse requires ventilation and dryness. The temperature and humidity in the warehouse should be measured and registered regularly, and the changes of temperature and humidity should be controlled and adjusted at any time.

Second, theft prevention. The warehouse should reach three railways: iron gate, iron window and iron cabinet. At the same time, an anti-theft alarm device should be installed. Close the doors and windows after work, lock the filing cabinet above the secret, and keep the keys of the warehouse and cabinet properly.

Third, fire prevention. The warehouse should be equipped with fire extinguishers. Check the wires regularly. It is forbidden to pile up inflammable and explosive articles and use electrical appliances in the warehouse.

Fourth, sun protection. Curtains should be installed for sun protection in warehouses with direct sunlight.

Five, moth-proofing. Insect repellent is put in every filing cabinet to prevent pests. At the same time, it is necessary to check regularly and replace ineffective drugs in time.

Sixth, rat prevention. Rodenticide should be kept in the warehouse. Sundries are not allowed to be piled up in the warehouse, and the filing cabinet should be closed to prevent rats.

Seven, dustproof. Clean the warehouse regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse.

Article 9. Earnestly implement the rules and regulations of the archives management of the Branch, report the dereliction of duty such as damage, loss, disclosure and unauthorized copying of archives to the leaders in time, and investigate the administrative or criminal responsibilities of the parties and the direct leaders according to the Archives Law and relevant regulations.

Tenth do a good job in the "eight precautions" of archives, adhere to the temperature and humidity control, regularly check the file storage, regularly check the file data, make records, deal with the problems in the file storage and protection in time, ensure the integrity and safety of archives, and maximize the service life of archives.
