Liaoning Technical University, founded in 1949, is a national key university with a long history of more than 60 years.

Fuxin Campus includes Zhonghua Road Campus, Yulong Campus and Longwan Campus, covering an area of 4,240 mu, including Fuxin Campus 1.900 mu and Huludao Campus, with a construction area of 730,000 square meters.
