Regional activities are one of the important educational forms of one-day activities in kindergartens, and also an important form of children's independent activities. Regional activities make full use of all kinds of educational resources, effectively use collective, group and individual activities, and organize children's independent choice, cooperation and exchange, exploration and discovery of learning, life and game activities. Generally, it can be divided into education science, art design, book language, architecture and role performance.

The form of regional activities is collective activities, and the activities in the activity area are regarded as one of the ways to educate children collectively. Group activities, use the activity area as a place for the group to teach children. Free activities are obvious in role-playing areas, such as Children's Home, supermarkets, hospitals and so on.
