The architectural design scheme of Xinyang Museum is based on the overall layout of Yangshan New District, with Baihua Garden as the core, relying on the profound meaning of Baihua Pavilion, Baihua City, Baihua Window and Baihua Sound, and taking "treasure chest and antique shelf" as the design concept and orientation, which conforms to the characteristics of cultural buildings and forms a good echo relationship with surrounding buildings such as Baihua Sound in design scale and composition.
