Conveyors can carry out horizontal, inclined and vertical transportation, or form a spatial transportation line, which is generally fixed.
Conveyor is widely used because of its large conveying capacity and long conveying distance, and several technological operations can be completed at the same time in the conveying process.
1. Conveyors are usually classified according to the existence of traction parts.
Conveyors with traction components generally include traction components, bearing components, driving devices, tensioning devices, steering devices and supporting components.
There are many kinds of conveyors, such as belt conveyor, plate conveyor, trolley conveyor, escalator, moving sidewalk, scraper conveyor, buried scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor, bucket elevator, hanging conveyor, aerial ropeway, etc.
The structure of this conveyor with traction parts is characterized in that the transported materials are loaded in the bearing parts connected with the traction parts, or directly loaded on the traction parts (such as conveyor belts), and the traction parts are connected end to end around each roller or sprocket to form a closed loop, including a loaded branch for transporting materials and an unloaded branch for not transporting materials, and the materials are transported through the continuous movement of the traction parts.
2. According to the purpose of use, conveying machinery can be divided into two types.
1). Bulk conveying machinery (such as belt conveyor, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, large inclination conveyor, etc. )
General belt conveyor is composed of conveyor belt, idler, roller and driving, braking, tensioning, reversing, loading, unloading, cleaning and other devices.
2) Logistics conveying machinery (such as assembly line, assembly line equipment, conveying line, hanging conveying line, elevator, pneumatic elevator, shelf elevator, scissor elevator, roller conveyor and elevator).
