The quickest way is to open the book and shoot it with a camera. It must be opened, or the pages will be uneven and will not fit.

Fix the camera with a shelf, fix the focal length and fix the exposure. Then, put the separated pages in a fixed position and shoot them with cable release. If you are skilled, you usually shoot for less than 3 seconds at a time.
