The Department of Education of Henan Province issued the announcement on the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province in the first half of 2023, clarifying that our province will carry out the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers from March 29th to July 2nd1. After the online registration is successful, the applicant will go to the designated hospital for a physical examination according to the arrangement of the teacher qualification accreditation institutions at all levels, with the "Henan Province Teacher Qualification Applicant Physical Examination Form".
The identification of teacher qualification certificate means that after passing the written test and interview, you can only find the qualification certificate online. If you want to take the teacher qualification exam, you need to prepare physical examination, Putonghua certificate and other certificates. Identifying a teacher's qualification certificate means getting an entity certificate. The teacher qualification certificate is permanent and valid, and it is a Putonghua certificate recognized as an additional test. ?
The qualification conditions of teacher qualification certificate:
(1) Ideological and moral conditions: consciously abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and abide by teachers' professional ethics.
(2) Education: You should have the corresponding education as stipulated in the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), as follows: To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above;
To apply for the qualification of a junior high school teacher, one should have a teacher's college degree or above; To apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools (cultural courses and specialized courses), one should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;
To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.
(three) meet one of the following conditions:
1. Take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers and obtain the certificate of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers within the prescribed period of validity. According to the Opinions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the Ministry of Education on Promoting Outstanding Veterans to Teach in Primary and Secondary Schools (No.46 [2022] of the Ministry of Veterans), the validity period of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination obtained by veterans before their service 1 year can be extended by 2 years.
2.20 15 (inclusive) before the admission of full-time normal college students and full-time master of education, according to the "Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing" (Yujiao [2015] No.501), apply for teacher qualifications corresponding to their majors.
3. Postgraduates and normal students who meet the exemption conditions must obtain the "Teacher Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students" and be within the validity period.
(4) Putonghua conditions: Putonghua level should reach Grade B or above in the Putonghua Proficiency Test Standard promulgated by the State Language Commission.
(5) Physical examination conditions: It conforms to the physical examination standards of applicants for teacher qualification in Henan Province.
