First, advocate reducing cross-city travel. Advocate the general public not to leave the Yellow River, especially not to travel across provinces and not to go to cities with epidemics. If you really need to travel, please do personal protection and try to avoid crowded places.
Second, take the initiative to report the residence history in advance. People who recently lived in high, medium and low-risk areas or counties (cities, districts and banners) where local infected people are located, those who immigrated (returned) to the Yellow River after the isolation was lifted, and those who entered (returned) outside the Yellow River in the province must report to their communities (villages) or hotels and homestays in advance, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures as required. Those who deliberately conceal or fail to report in time, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear legal responsibility.
Third, the "landing inspection" near the Yellow River. All people who come (return) to the Yellow River must be tested for 1 nucleic acid immediately after they arrive in the Yellow River. Foreign (returning) personnel in the province must complete 2 nucleic acid tests (including "landing inspection") within 3 days. Health management measures such as centralized isolation, home isolation, home health monitoring, etc. shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations for those who come (return) to the Yellow River in the epidemic area.
Fourth, hold a valid nucleic acid negative certificate. Passengers who take airplanes, high-speed trains, trains, inter-provincial long-distance passenger buses, inter-provincial passenger ships and other means of transportation need to check the Ankang code and boarding code, and hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Please make relevant preparations in advance to ensure a smooth trip. Check Ankang code and travel itinerary code when staying in hotels, entering scenic spots, museums, art galleries, libraries, supermarkets and other crowded or closed places, and hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.
Five, strictly control all kinds of activities. For meetings, exhibitions, training, banquets and other activities, according to the principles of "who holds, who is responsible" and "who undertakes, who is responsible", the epidemic-related risk assessment should be carried out in advance, the epidemic prevention and control plan should be formulated according to the territorial requirements, the life history and health history of the participants within 7 days should be reviewed, and the epidemic prevention and control measures such as filing, code scanning and temperature measurement should be implemented.
Sixth, strengthen self-health monitoring. All citizens and foreign tourists should take the initiative to participate in the normalized nucleic acid test once every three days, and strengthen self-health monitoring. If there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough and fatigue, they should go to the fever clinic of medical institutions for medical treatment in time. Avoid taking public transport on the way and standardize personal protection.
