Good afternoon everyone!

On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival reunion, I can attend this symposium and talk with the leaders. I feel very honored to talk with my colleagues about myself and my work!

My name is Yang Jianguo, and I work in underground maintenance. I have been working in this place for nearly 10 years since I started working in 20xx. In the recent 10 years, I have been guided by leaders, taught by teachers and reminded by colleagues, so that I can keep learning, making continuous efforts, making continuous progress and improving myself, so as to keep up with the times. New things are constantly emerging and more technologies are constantly improving. If you don't work hard, you will be eliminated by the times. I can't ask others what to do, but I ask myself to do my best, because what I have learned is my own!

In the recent 10 years' work, I realized that knowledge cannot be equated with ability, and sometimes ability is more important than knowledge. Only by constantly combining what we have learned with practical work can we become mature and perfect and adapt to different jobs. There are many new colleagues today. No matter what position you are in, I will give you some advice:

(A) "quick and eager to learn, not ashamed to ask questions", encounter problems that you can't solve, and ask the master more. Colleagues asked, because of the threesome, there must be my teacher. We are not only learning how to solve personal problems, but also learning their work experience. That is to improve your skills and knowledge. What is there to be ashamed of?

(2) The sword peak comes from sharpening, and the plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold. How can we thrive without experiencing a difficult environment? Maybe the present job is far from the working environment you imagined, but I think different industries have created different qualities of a person, and enterprises can make us diligent. And this quality is what companies and society need.

The company is a big family, and we are one of them. The development of the company is inseparable from the efforts of leaders, workers' masters and everyone present. Therefore, I deeply realize that we should establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, give ourselves a correct position and integrate into this big family harmoniously. Don't aim too high, but work actively, proactively and practically. I believe that under the leadership of the company, with our joint efforts, the enterprise will certainly develop and grow, and we will certainly realize our own life value in the company.

The day we go to work is a major turning point in our life trajectory, and it is also the beginning for us to truly realize the value of life! Every day after work, there will be new insights and new inspirations. For us college students who have just left the university, how to integrate into the new working environment as soon as possible and how to better apply the book knowledge learned in school to work practice are all problems we need to think about and solve. Let me talk about my experience when I first joined the work.

First of all, the deepest experience is pride and happiness.

As the highest party and government organ in the whole region, prefectural party committee represents power and status, and is the driving force for many people to realize their dreams. Today, we have the honor to walk into this solemn and sacred building, and we are even more honored to work in this big family run by the prefectural party Committee. Pride arises spontaneously. The prefectural office has given us a shining aura, and the leaders and colleagues of the prefectural office have given us a warm home. From the day I signed up, the leaders accepted us with an easy-going, patient and enthusiastic attitude, which further strengthened my determination to be admitted to the prefectural party Committee office. Now that our monthly salary is not high, you have tried your best to help us solve the problem of food and shelter. Both the last Secretary-General Chen, the current Secretary-General Liang, and several secretaries-general, section chiefs and colleagues have given us great care and encouragement. This is the best proof that we can sit here and talk at this moment.

Secondly, the inadaptability to work.

After graduating from college and entering a new post, we have many tests to face. In the new environment, strict rules and regulations have replaced the freedom of universities; Leaders and colleagues of all units have changed their once familiar classmates; In the new post, our position has changed from the receiver of education to the master of skills; Office work is the same, boring, working overtime when you are busy, and having nothing to do in your spare time. These great changes make it difficult for us to adapt in a short time.

Third, it is a sense of tension.

The prefectural office is the "heart" and "window" of the prefectural committee, and it is the "throat" to communicate the superior and the subordinate and the "link" to connect the left and right. As the comprehensive office of the prefectural party committee, the prefectural party committee office not only shoulders the important responsibility of making suggestions for the leadership decision-making and serving the overall situation, but also deals with all social units. Therefore, there must be a lot of talents in the office, and this year the office will recruit several doctoral students and master students, who are better than us in knowledge and experience, which has caused great pressure on us students who have just left the ivory tower. Although many things in the office seem trivial, they all affect the overall situation. The special position of the office determines that there should be no negligence in office work, even a symbol, a word and a little omission may have serious consequences. But this is really a big test for me who is usually careless. Today, I mainly talk about the guidance and training for new employees.

1, the key is communication.

Introduce the situation and culture of xx Company, the main business direction of the Division, and be familiar with the working environment. I usually take my new colleagues to the canteen for the first meal, how to use the meal card, how to eat it and so on. Many new employees are Founder of Peking University, a world-famous big company. They come here, and of course the other side is full of expectations. Therefore, we must make new colleagues familiar with the office environment and company culture as soon as possible, who should we go to solve it, or explain the reasons for the tight seat. This problem can be solved soon, which should avoid the loss of new employees.

2. Product training

I am in the Customer Service Center of Digital Content Division, mainly providing technical services for digital library and e-book business. This part of the software has many versions and the environment is complex, so the guidance for new employees is mainly product training.

Our new colleague is mainly engaged in after-sales service in the future, and should have the ability to solve user problems. Therefore, in addition to user-oriented training, new product training should be thorough and comprehensive. Training is mainly divided into three aspects, and it usually takes 1 month to master it basically.

The first step is the general introduction of products, and the main training content is the basic functions of each product and their relationship.

The second step is basic product training.

The third step is the characteristic product training of digital library.

If you listen to a product training, you can only have a basic understanding of the product. If you want to know the function of the product in detail and solve the problem independently, you need to study and study the product carefully. This stage is mainly to give advice to new colleagues on how to solve problems, such as explaining products, judging from what aspects when encountering problems and solving them. Digital library products rely heavily on operating system and database, and the counseling for new colleagues also includes the basic operation and troubleshooting of operating system and database.

Speech 3 of the symposium on enterprise exchange: Today, the leaders of enterprises present here will be invited to analyze the problems encountered by enterprises present in business activities and the causes of disputes together with the leaders of the party group and relevant business offices of our institute, and explore legal solutions. Just now, on behalf of our hospital, President XXX announced the "Implementation Opinions on Serving Enterprises to Create a Fair and Safe Development Environment for Enterprises", which clarified the principles and directions for the court to serve enterprises in the future. I believe that all business leaders present here have a deeper understanding of how to use legal means to protect their legitimate business activities. This meeting not only solved some specific problems for the court service enterprises, but also put forward new topics for the court to maintain the market economy and strengthen the county according to law.

The police officers in our hospital should fully understand the significance of developing enterprises to build an industrial county, constantly enhance the overall awareness and political awareness that the court work is subordinate to and serves the work of the county party committee and the government center, and implement the requirements of promoting enterprise development according to law in the trial execution work, so that the court work can better serve the economic construction and provide more timely and effective judicial guarantee for the rapid and healthy development of enterprises in our county. This requires us to do the following:

First, change the concept, fully understand the important role of court service enterprises, protect and promote the development of enterprises according to law, and strive to provide high-quality judicial services and strong judicial guarantee for enterprises.

Second, in the trial and execution of all kinds of cases involving enterprises, we should adhere to fair justice and handle cases impartially, pay attention to both the legal effect and the social effect of handling cases, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises from the trial execution link, ensure the safety of business activities, and create a good legal environment for the development of enterprises.

The third is to enhance service awareness, implement various measures of justice for the people, and strive to improve the work level of the court in promoting enterprise development according to law. The police officers of the court should constantly strengthen their study of the knowledge of socialist market economy, strengthen investigation and research, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of trial and execution, and improve their work level; It is necessary to combine the trial and execution work, take the initiative to carry out case interpretation and judicial suggestions, enhance the legal awareness of enterprises to operate according to law, and promote enterprises to continuously establish and improve various management systems.

The fourth is to change the way of trial, improve the professional quality of judges, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the court to serve private enterprises according to law. Starting with strengthening the team building, the court has effectively changed the trial style, strictly handled the case discipline, and constantly improved the judicial execution potential and professional trial style of judges.

In 20xx, our hospital will closely focus on the overall situation of the county's work, adhere to the guiding principle of "fair justice and serving the people wholeheartedly", closely follow the working theme of "justice and efficiency", and aim at promoting social harmony and maintaining social stability, constantly enhance judicial ability, improve judicial level, standardize judicial behavior, give full play to judicial functions, actively explore ways to serve enterprises, improve the level of service enterprises, and create fairness and efficiency for the rapid and healthy development of enterprises in our county.
