Binhu Home is located in the start-up area of Binhu New District, with Zhongshan Road in the south, Dongting Lake Road in the north, Tibet Road in the east and Yulong Road in the west. It is the first high-rise demolition and resettlement community in Binhu New District. The total planned area of lakeside home is 182349 square meters, and the residential land is 122995 square meters, with a total construction area of about 285436 square meters.
