Dalian Jiaotong University, located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, is an institution of higher learning with work as the center, coordinated development of management, science, literature, economy, law, art and other disciplines, and featuring rail transit and training of compound software talents. It is the only institution of higher learning in Northeast China that features rail transit, and it is the second batch of institutions that the Ministry of Education has implemented the "Education and Training Plan for Outstanding Engineers".
As of May 20 18, the school has 24 provincial-level and above science and technology platforms.
Among them, the continuous extrusion engineering research center became the engineering center of the Ministry of Education in 2006, and was approved as a national technology transfer demonstration institution in 2009. The modern rail transit engineering research center 20 1 1 became a major scientific and technological platform for universities in Liaoning Province.
Scientific research achievements:
By June of 20 1 13, since 2006, the total amount of scientific research has reached 107 billion yuan, the total expenditure on scientific research has exceeded 330 million yuan, and the income from science and technology has reached 740 million yuan.
Eight vertical projects13 were approved, including national natural science foundation, national social science foundation, national science and technology support plan, national 973 plan and national 863 plan 100.
It has been successively included in more than ten Chinese and foreign periodical databases, such as statistical sources of scientific papers in China, Chinese scientific citation database, Wan Fang data system scientific periodical group, China academic periodical (CD-ROM version), China periodical network, American Chemical Abstracts (CA), American Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA), Polish Copernicus Index (ic) and American Uhrich Guide.
