When you borrow and return books, you will have time at the library gate.

Monday to Friday seems to be 8: 00 ~ 12: 00, 13: 30 ~ 22: 00.

Saturday and Sunday seem to be 9: 00 ~ 12: 00, 13: 30 ~ 17: 00, and there is no borrowing and returning service on weekend nights.

As for self-study, you can usually go in after 7: 00 in the morning, close after 0: 30 at night/kloc-0, and don't open at weekend nights.
