All grades and classes should strengthen the guidance and management of students' use of mobile phones in combination with schools, guide parents to control the content of students' use of electronic products such as mobile phones, and educate students not to browse unhealthy web pages and bad information, read unhealthy books, watch unhealthy videos, and adhere to green Internet access. Make teachers, students and parents understand the management of students' extracurricular reading materials, form a joint effort and ensure the work effect.

3. Strict management and accountability for dereliction of duty. No unit or individual may sell extracurricular reading materials on campus by holding lectures, training and other activities. School teachers should strengthen their responsibilities, strictly observe discipline and regulate their own behavior.
