Songgui Avenue. The new library of Liaocheng City is located in the north of Songgui Street in the tourist resort and 300 meters west of Wang Guangyu Bridge on Liaoyang Road. The new library is planned and designed according to the national first-class library standards, with an area of 27,000 square meters and five floors, with the concept of "city living room" and "knowledge service".
