Anhui Radio, Film and Television Vocational and Technical College is a public vocational college headed by Anhui Education Department and directed by Anhui Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Bureau. It is also one of the earliest institutions in China to hold higher vocational education in radio, film and television, and has won the "excellent" grade in the evaluation of talent training in higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province.
The college has a long history. Founded in 1960, it was then called Anhui Intermediate Broadcasting School. 1984 The school was renamed as Anhui Radio and Television School, which enrolled students for the whole province. In July 2002, with the approval of the Anhui Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to Anhui Radio, Film and Television Vocational and Technical College, enrolling students for the whole country.
