The principle of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is as follows:

Ultrasonic transducer is actually a kind of piezoelectric ceramic with the same frequency as its resonant frequency, which uses the piezoelectric effect of materials to convert electrical energy into mechanical vibration. Under normal circumstances, ultrasonic waves are generated by an ultrasonic generator, converted into mechanical vibration by an ultrasonic transducer, and then generated by an ultrasonic extraction device and an ultrasonic receiving device.

Application of ultrasonic transducer;

(1) Ultrasonic cleaning machine uses ultrasonic waves to continuously spread in cleaning solution to clean dirt on objects, and its ultrasonic vibration frequency is determined by the ultrasonic transducer, and different frequencies can be set according to the objects to be cleaned to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

(2) The ultrasonic welding machine uses the ultrasonic transducer to generate ultrasonic vibration, and the vibration generates friction, so that the welding area is partially melted and then joined together.

(3) The ultrasonic motor does not contain an ultrasonic transducer, but approximates its stator as a transducer, generates ultrasonic vibration by using the inverse piezoelectric effect, and then drives the rotor to rotate through the friction between the stator and the rotor.
