The article I wrote yesterday talked a lot about the benefits of reading and called on my friends to read more. But what if you just don't want to study, or you just can't read? Many friends told me that I want to sleep as soon as I read a book, and I fell asleep immediately after reading it for more than ten minutes, which is more effective than hypnotics. I've tried many times, many ways, but I just can't stand it.
There was no other way, so I gave up and didn't want to read. This situation is normal, because so am I. Every time I go to the school library to read for ten minutes, I want to sleep immediately, insist on reading for another ten minutes, and then I fall asleep and sleep soundly. So sometimes I can't sleep during my lunch break.
I went to the library to get a book and read it. After watching it for a while, I fell asleep immediately. Hypnotic drugs are worthy of the name. Because reading is an energy-intensive activity, a lot of information is input into your mind, and you need to receive, classify, process, think and consume energy very much. It is normal that you can't read any more.
Because your brain is running at a high speed, the oxygen you need can't keep up. Without oxygen, your cells want to strike, but they don't want to work. They just want you to stop and have a good rest and stop watching, or your brain cells will be exhausted. So generally speaking, I want to sleep as soon as I study, so I always choose to sleep directly. Because it's really hard for you to resist this physical restriction.
When you want to sleep because of lack of oxygen, you can't watch it at all. If you watch it again, it will be very uncomfortable. You might as well choose to sleep directly. Sometimes I will sleep for 20 minutes, sometimes I will sleep for an afternoon and sleep for three or four hours before I wake up. The difference is that I will continue to watch when I wake up. Wake up energetic.
At this time, you can read it again, and it will be easy to read. After watching for an hour or two, I want to sleep again. What shall we do? Go back to sleep and watch it after waking up.
