However, in the west of Dunhuang, there is a beautiful town, Seven Towns. It is named after being seven kilometers away from Dunhuang City. The streets here are spacious and clean, with good greening. Very oil. On the streets of Dunhuang, street lamps are shaped like flying lanterns. However, in this small town, street lamps are like a blooming flower. In the center of the town, there is a big square called Oil Square. In the center of the square, there is a steel sculpture that looks like a torch. This town is the living base of Qinghai oil people.

The reason why this town is mentioned is because there is a writer Pu Yong of Qinghai Petroleum Bureau in this town. Today, I was invited to Dunhuang Library to share my experience in novel creation.

Third, walk. He seems to emphasize this point in particular.

A writer, confined to the small town where he lives, seems to lack a kind of heroism in his works unless he goes out to see the wider world.

As we usually say, reading thousands of books is better than taking Wan Li Road. You can't judge the world until you see it.

Fourth, watch more movies and read more books.

In fact, this is also an input process. After all, a person's life experience is limited, and you can't experience all of it. Yes, movies or books will do. This is also a process of enriching one's mind.

Writing novels, novellas and short stories also needs contradictions, plots and turning points. Otherwise, you can see the ending at a glance. No one likes such works.

Fifth, parody.

For example, he said that many literary masters started with parody at the beginning of their literary creation. For example, famous writers such as Bing Xin and Jin Yong all imitated writing at first.

In short, it is quite rewarding. Maybe different people hear different things. I feel that he has read a lot of books and talked about other people's works.

I have been writing for many years. In fact, over the years, I have also listened to various sharing and lectures by many famous artists.

Roughly classified, there is no more than one, read more and write more. Conciseness is the golden rule of writing and the only way to write.
