Yingcheng Confucian Temple is a cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province.

Yingcheng Confucian temple

Located in the central street of Yingcheng Sub-district Office. It was built at the end of the Song Dynasty (1 189), rebuilt in the seventh year of Ming Chenghua (147 1), and was abandoned repeatedly. There are Dacheng Hall and Chi Pan. Dacheng Hall was rebuilt in the 15th year of Qing Daoguang (1835). Sitting facing south, five rooms are wide 19 m, three rooms are deep 1 1 m, with green glazed tile roof and brick-wood structure. After the end of the Qing Dynasty, Yingcheng County Library and Public Education Museum were once located here. The Confucian Temple is an important relic for studying Yingcheng's historical and cultural traditions. (the fifth batch)
