The Silk Road Recitation Competition is a state-supported competition, and there are grading competitions all over the country. The theme of the contest is "the starting point of the Silk Road, the hometown of poetry", which is the event with the highest artistic gold content.

The Silk Road Recitation Competition is jointly sponsored by Shaanxi Radio and Television Media Group and Shanxi Library. Since the second Silk Road Reading Contest was launched in September this year, 86 sub-divisions have been set up in Shaanxi, Gansu, Shanxi, Henan and other provinces and cities. The whole competition lasted for three months, and more than 30,000 recitation lovers from inside and outside the province signed up.
