The library has always adhered to the concept of "readers first, service first". In addition to the traditional books and periodicals lending service, the library also provides information consultation, electronic resources utilization, document delivery, retrieval and citation, sci-tech novelty retrieval, information push, subject service, reader training, information retrieval course teaching, textbook ordering and distribution and other services. The reading room is open for 98 hours a week.
