Article 7 of the Regulations on Fire Safety Management in Public Places of Entertainment
Public places of entertainment should be located in buildings with a fire resistance rating of not less than two; Public places of entertainment approved to be set up in a building with a third-class fire resistance rating shall meet specific fire safety requirements.

Public places of entertainment shall not be located in ancient cultural relics, museums and library buildings, and shall not be adjacent to important warehouses or dangerous goods warehouses; No public places of entertainment shall be rebuilt in residential buildings.

When public places of entertainment are adjacent to or attached to other buildings, they should be set up according to independent fire zones; The safety exits of public entertainment places and residential buildings in commercial and residential buildings should be set separately.
