Humans have three brains: instinctive brain, emotional brain and rational brain.

The instinctive brain originated in the era of reptiles and was in charge of instinct.

Emotional brain originated from: the era of mammals, in charge of emotions.

The rational brain originated in the primate era and is responsible for cognition.

In other words, the earliest developed human brain is an instinctive brain. If the instinctive brain is 100 years old, then the emotional brain is equivalent to 55 years old, while our rational brain is less than 1 year old. It can be seen that the rational brain has weak control over the brain, so most decisions we make in life often come from instinct and emotion, not reason.

What should I do? There are several ways, you can know:

Restrain your desires and don't let yourself do many things at the same time;

Face the reality and see clearly your true ability level;

Give priority to important things and try to do only the most important things;

Accept the environment and do what you can within the limits;

Face the core and force yourself to break through.

Anxiety is eliminated, there is something to do, and then there is patience.

However, lack of patience is human nature. Many times, we lack patience with difficult things because we can't see the overall situation and don't know where we are.

I don't know if there is anyone around me: I read 50 books a year and maintain a high investment. Life is a game of disambiguation. We are competing not only for the growth rate, but also for the growth model. On this track, the leading groups are doing the same thing consciously or unconsciously: eliminating the ambiguity of cognition, emotion and action.

So what is fuzzy?

The reasons for ambiguity are: the speed of processing all kinds of information is not equal, and it is difficult for consciousness to interfere with the subconscious, but it is easy for the subconscious to control consciousness, so people always do things they don't understand, such as clearly wanting to learn, and then turn around and pick up their mobile phones.

But the stratification of consciousness also brings ambiguity.

1 Learn knowledge and eliminate cognitive ambiguity (internal);

The purpose of learning knowledge is "disambiguation", and the method of acquiring knowledge is also "disambiguation". The purpose and method are unified.

The way to improve thinking ability is to constantly clarify the core difficulties and feelings, and focus on this.

2 Dismantle troubles and eliminate emotional ambiguity (external):

Face it squarely, see it clearly, disassemble it, dissolve it, and don't give it a chance to enter the subconscious and blur it; Even if you have entered the subconscious, you must find a way to dig it out.

3 clear the inside and clear the outside to eliminate the ambiguity of the action:

The real reason for the lack of action is fuzzy choice, that is, when faced with various possibilities, it is impossible to make a clear choice.

Think about how to have a clear enough goal, refine and concretize the goal and process, establish a one-way channel among many possibilities, and keep yourself in a state of "no choice" all the time.

Learn by feeling
