The public library is a public welfare cultural service organization organized by the government and open to the public free of charge. We will wholeheartedly provide you with quality services. The work of the library needs the support and cooperation of readers. It is the obligation of every reader to protect documents, maintain the reading environment and respect intellectual property rights. Therefore, please every reader consciously abide by the following provisions:
1. Readers must show their library cards when entering the library reading room, and cooperate with the verification. The library card is for personal use only and cannot be checked out.
2. Keep the library card properly. If it is accidentally lost, it should be reported to the registration office in time; Otherwise, the losses caused by this shall be borne by the readers themselves.
3. The borrowing period of the document is 30 days, which can be renewed once, and the renewal period is 30 days.
When borrowing books and periodicals, please check them carefully. If missing pages or defaced pages are found, they can be explained to the staff in time and handled accordingly.
5. If the reader accidentally loses or defiles the books, newspapers and electronic materials in the collection, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Compensation for the Loss or Damage of Documents in Dongping County Library.
6. If readers need to consult the collected documents, they must go through the relevant formalities at the staff of the reading room and make copies at the designated place in the library.
7. Respect for the intellectual property rights of works, copying and other acts should be based on the principle of fair use, and those who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others should bear their own responsibilities.
