Common problems and solutions of injection mold
Defects such as dents and air holes appear on injection molded products. How to solve them?

Dents in injection-molded products are usually caused by insufficient stress, insufficient material filling and unreasonable design of plastic products during molding, and dents often appear in thick-walled parts. The reason of air holes in injection molding products is that the plastic in the mold cavity is insufficient, the plastic in the outer ring cools and solidifies, and the plastic in the inner ring shrinks to form a vacuum. So how to solve the defects such as dents and air holes in injection molding?

Precision mould

Raw material problems:

Dry raw materials to ensure the drying of plastic materials.

Injection molding problems:

Increase the injection pressure; Increase the injection time; Increase the holding time; Improve the injection speed; Increase the injection cycle;

Injection molding temperature problem:

Pay attention to the temperature of plastic materials and plastic molds. Too high or too low temperature will cause defects in injection molded products.

Plastic mold problems:

① Increase the gate; ② Enlarging shunt; ③ Expand the main channels; ④ adding spray holes; ⑤ Improve the mold exhaust; ⑥ Balance filling speed; ⑦ Avoid the interruption of mold filling material flow; ⑧ The gate should be arranged at the thick wall of the product as far as possible; Pet-name ruby if possible, reduce the product wall thickness difference;

Injection molding equipment problems:

① increase the plasticizing capacity of injection molding machine; ② Make the injection cycle normal;
