The former residence of Ganxi (also known as Ganfu and Ganxi's former residence) was built in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty (1796- 1820), commonly known as "ninety-nine and a half rooms". It is the largest and most complete ancient residential building in China. Ganfu consists of four groups of adjacent multi-hall ancient buildings, facing south.
Opening hours: every Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00-17: 30 (closed at17: 00), and closed on Mondays, except national holidays.

Brief introduction of Ganjia Courtyard
Gan's former residence, also known as Ganjia Courtyard and Ganfu (called "Ganjia Courtyard" by Nanjing government), was built in Jiangning in the early years of Qing Daoguang. Gan was a famous scholar in the late Qing Dynasty and the second son of Gan's father. He is a scholar and has written a lot in his life. 1982 in the cultural relics survey of Nanjing cultural relics department, it was found that in order to effectively use and reproduce the Jiangnan folk houses in Ming and Qing dynasties, the cultural relics department restored some buildings and built the Nanjing Folk Museum, which was opened to the public on 1992+0 1. 1995 was designated as a cultural relic protection unit in Jiangsu province. 200 1 is listed as a patriotic education base under the jurisdiction of the government. In 2006, it became a national cultural relics protection unit. Now the outer side and the historical old street in Li Xinan have formed a unique folk culture old street.
Former residence of Gan: The former residence of Gan, a famous scholar in Qing Dynasty, is a typical ancient wooden structure building in China. Built in the early years of Daoguang, it inherits the style of Huizhou ancient buildings, has the architectural characteristics of Taihu Lake basin, and pays attention to details such as hall beams and frames.
Jinlou: Jinlou is the library of Gan family and a famous library in Jinling in Qing Dynasty. In addition to collecting ancient books and cheats, Jinlou also has a large collection of Gan's works. The golden pagoda was burned down and then "repaired" and rebuilt. Today's preserved books are scattered in various rooms at that time for family members to browse at ordinary times.
Full Moon Building: It was originally the embroidery building of Gangu family. Later, due to the destruction of the Golden Horn Tower, 20,000 to 30,000 books were moved to the Moon Tower (Southern Museum 19).
Yougongtang: "Yougongtang" is the surnamed tang in southern Gan Tang, and it is also synonymous with the whole mansion and family.
Yan Fengying's former residence: Yan Fengying, a famous Huangmei Opera performer, lived in Ganjia Courtyard in the early days of liberation and studied Peking Opera and Kunqu Opera.
