2. School history
Shanghai Senior Technical School, formerly known as Shanghai No.4 Junior Normal School, was founded in 1953 and later renamed Shanghai No.4 Normal School. 1958 established the major of advanced arts and crafts, and 1966 changed its name to Shanghai Advanced Arts and Crafts School. In 2003, the school was officially renamed Shanghai Senior Technical School.
