Braised octopus in sauce

Octopus 500g leek flower 50g red pepper 1/3 garlic 2 slices ginger 8 slices bean paste 2/3 tablespoons XO sauce 1 tablespoon salt 2/3 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoons pepper 1/3 teaspoons cooking wine 1 tablespoon chicken essence 2/3 teaspoons starch 6544.
working methods
1. Prepare materials
2. Wash the octopus and cut it into long sections (leave a complete photo).
3. Shred red and yellow peppers, shredded leeks, sliced garlic and ginger for later use.
4. Pour the water into the boiling pot, turn off the fire after the fire boils, add the octopus, and pick it up immediately after the beard becomes curly.
5. Pour cold water into the cold river.
6. Drain the water for standby (be sure to drain the water, otherwise it will generate a lot of water when frying).
7. Seasonings (salt, sugar, chicken essence, pepper) and water starch are ready.
