Qinhuangdao Library is located at No.32 Yingbin Road, Haigang District. You can take No.2, No.6 and No.34 and get off at Yan Bin (Qinhuangdao Radio and Television Center), and walk 20 meters north. If you just want to study, you can go to the study room on the third floor. The environment is clean. The charge is only a few cents. You can borrow books on the first floor, including novels, periodicals, social science, natural science books, newspapers and periodicals. It should be noted that there is a charge for borrowing novels. A day is about 1-2 cents. Natural science books and social science books need library cards. The free borrowing period is one month, and the charge is 1 cent for each additional day.
