Why can't WORD file be typeset 1 after PDF file is converted into WORD file? There are several main reasons that affect the typesetting effect: the original file is not standardized, the PDF file is not standardized, it contains special styles, there are too many pictures in text tables, and the typesetting format is used more.

2. Generally speaking, the more complicated the file, the less standardized the production, and the greater the gap between the converted effect and the original file! Therefore, the file effect converted from PDF file is not ideal, and the typesetting effect is not good. More reasons are not whether the converter is easy to use, but mainly the source file.

3. Starting from the PDF file itself, when other files are made into PDF files, electronic text information and picture information will be arranged in a fixed way on the page. At the same time, in order to ensure the correctness of the text style, different edited texts and text fonts will be embedded in the PDF file together.

4. However, when a pdf needs to be reversely converted into a word file, various problems will occur when the PDF is reversely converted, because the text encoding, format and font in it have been solidified by their respective storage methods, and the most common one is garbled text.

5. At present, in view of the above common situations, manual service is the best for the overall transformation effect, because no single software can cope with such complicated and changeable situations, but people can. It is suggested that if you encounter such problems, first consult whether the files can be converted effectively, because some files cannot be used after conversion.
