Tibet, the "Pearl of the Plateau", was inhabited in the Middle Stone Age. Before the 7th century, among many tribes, the Tubo tribe established the Tubo dynasty with the help of the rich resources of the Yarlung Zangbo River. During his reign, Songtsan Gambu took many measures to continue his dynasty, which made Tibet develop rapidly in economy, politics and culture. However, the later Tibetan King Chisong Dêzain showed no sympathy for the working people, which led to the intensification of social contradictions, a large-scale slave uprising and the disappearance of the Tubo Dynasty. The Yuan Dynasty formally divided Tibet into Chinese territory, ending Tibet's long-term separatist regime. The management of Tibet in Ming Dynasty was basically the same as that in Yuan Dynasty, and the help of Qing Dynasty to people in Xizang was further strengthened. From 65438 to 0949, in view of the special historical and realistic situation in Tibet, the party and state leaders decided to liberate Tibet peacefully. Under the leadership of the Party, Tibet has achieved a leap-forward development from a slave society to a socialist society. Now people in Xizang and China people of all ethnic groups live a happy life.
