(2) Non-local residents:

Hold my valid certificate (ID card, passport, home visit permit for compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, etc.). ) Go to the library to apply for the temporary reader card of Guangzhou Library; /kloc-minors under the age of 0/4 are accompanied by guardians to apply for temporary reader's cards (guardians must show their ID cards and be responsible for their children's behavior). The temporary reader card is valid for 60 days.
