College was founded in 1956. It is a public, provincial and full-time college, located in the center of Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, with a campus area of 2 10 mu and a new campus area of 1 100 mu. The college now has departments of electronic engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer engineering, economic management, architectural decoration, mining engineering, foundation and adult education. The college has a reasonable structure and a strong faculty.
