Research course of high oleic peanut oil
In recent years, Chinese scientists have put forward the goal of increasing the oleic acid content (up to 60%) of oilseeds and edible varieties, and devoted themselves to the research of new peanut varieties with high oleic acid content. In recent years, Shandong Peanut Research Institute, Kaifeng Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Jinzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other professional research institutes have carried out a series of fruitful scientific research work around the breeding of new peanut varieties with high oleic acid.
Several new peanut varieties with high oleic acid, such as Huayu32, Huayu95 1, Huayu51,Kainong H03-3 and Jin Yinhua1,have been selected successively. According to statistics, the yield per mu of early-maturing medium-grained peanut varieties with high oleic acid is generally around 240 kg; The yield per mu of medium-ripe large-grain high oleic acid varieties can reach more than 400 kg.
