Hu Shi's life:

1. When I was young, I studied in a private school in my hometown. Deeply influenced by Zhu Cheng's Neo-Confucianism. He studied in the United States and studied under the famous educator john dewey. 19/kloc-returned to China in the summer of 0/7 and was employed as a professor in Peking University. Hu Shi believes in pragmatic philosophy.

2. After the May 4th Movement, he parted ways with intellectuals who accepted Marxism, such as Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu. Starting from the "dispute between problems and ism", he advocated improvement and changed his attitude of not talking about politics for 20 years. 1962 died in Taipei.
