She established the first legal aid station for farmers, herdsmen and workers in Tibet to provide free legal services for workers and farmers, herdsmen and workers.

In six years, she handled 465 legal aid cases, involving more than 7.6 million yuan, and * * * received 2,666 legal consultations.

She actively strives for the lawyers' association established by the United Nations Development Programme, the National Lawyers Association and the Ministry of Commerce to deeply participate in the legal aid project for migrant workers, and strives for a one-year legal aid project jointly launched by the the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office and the World Bank, so that more migrant workers can enjoy high-quality and free legal services.

She also maintained close cooperation with the media, publicized legal aid work, funded the establishment of a Tibetan law library, and provided more than 6,000 legal books for employees free of charge.
