Second, the chip adopts SM4 domestic cryptographic algorithm, which improves the application security level and makes the card more secure.

Thirdly, an asymmetric authentication system based on SM2 domestic cryptographic algorithm is added, which takes social security card as the carrier, introduces cardholder's CA certificate, supports online card use, and provides identity authentication service when online and offline cards are used.

The fourth is the chip space in the expansion card, which increases biometrics and realizes the joint application of social security card and biometrics.

The fifth is to apply the norms of financial PBOC3.0 to support non-contact fast payment. The third-generation social security card has undergone a brand-new functional design and has become the most secure and widely used e-government card in China.

Integrated mode

Compared with the existing citizen card, the third generation social security card has realized the online and offline integration mode in application function. In addition to the original credit card model, payment carriers and authentication methods such as "code" and "face" have been added.

One-card application

The third generation social security card is loaded into the one-card application of the Ministry of Communications, and it is interconnected with 303 cities above prefecture level.

From the card face, the third generation social security card is unified in the whole province, and the words Jinhua Social Security Citizen Card and Yiwu Social Security Citizen Card are no longer marked on the card face. At the same time, in order to enhance the recognition of the card surface, the artistic word "Zhejiang All-in-One Card" was added, and the function of traffic joint name was loaded.
