There hasn't been a large-scale library at the municipal level in Jieyang for more than ten years. In order to improve the overall status of Jieyang and cooperate with the rapid economic development, Jieyang City has made up its mind to carry out a series of large-scale projects to change the face of Jieyang, including Jieyang Nianci Gymnasium, Jieyang Building, Jieyang Museum, Jieyang Gong Xue Cultural Square and the current Rescue Library.
